Hyundai Maslak Plaza

In December, I took my car to Hyundai Maslak Plaza because the wipers were not working stably. They took good care of me, I left the vehicle there so that the malfunction in the vehicle could be diagnosed. When the detection was made, they said they would call me and inform me and call me to pick up the vehicle. So far, so good. Afterwards, the consultant who took care of me asked me if I was considering accessories for my own vehicle and showed me the version of my vehicle with the accessory installed. We agreed on installing side steps and front and rear guards and I left. Afterwards, I called the consultant who took care of me 10 minutes after leaving to say that I only wanted to have side steps installed for my own reasons and informed him about the only action I wanted in this regard. In fact, the operations of the vehicle had not started yet. Later, around 15:00, when there was no news about the vehicle status, I called myself and the technician said he would call back after asking my friends, but he did not. When I called again after a while and asked about the status of my vehicle, he said that the vehicle was ready and that I could come and pick it up. In my opinion, not being informed here and not getting any feedback is a problem. Because Maslak is a really crowded area and you have to spend a lot of time on the road to get there. I also stated that if I had not been monitoring the condition of my vehicle, I might not have made it to pick up my vehicle and that I had to go to work with my vehicle the next day. The bigger problem occurred when I went to pick it up. Even though I told him to install only side steps, they installed all the accessories. The reason was that there were two of the same vehicle inside and all the accessories were installed on my vehicle, causing confusion. But of course, they also demand payment and stated that they will provide an additional discount. Even though an accessory that I did not want was installed on my vehicle, I had to pay that fee due to their own mistakes. Unfortunately, the figure reduced under the name of discount does not go further without a small adjustment. I have experienced serious grievance in this regard. When I think about it, I could have had a bigger problem, and after some "confusion", parts of my vehicle that should not have been changed could have changed. Unfortunately, due to the situation I was experiencing, they were not able to create a service profile for me where I could safely leave my vehicle.
